Science and sewing

Brilliant news for me. I am off to the Science Museum to take part in Sexuality at the Museum on 28th June. http://www.sciencemuseum.org.uk/visitmuseum/plan_your_visit/lates

I've also been working with Justin at George Street Café. Justin has never sewn before, and even admitted to not ironing a shirt until he was 40. Now he has re-sized a pattern, cut out the fabric and sewn together the main pieces. Quite some achievement in one afternoon.

We worked right through to 7.20pm and got some great inquisitive looks and questions from people as the café started to fill up ahead of a performance in the upstairs space.
